Trouble Ahead, Trouble Behind

William had his ear surgery this morning to get tubes in his ears. Everything went great. William was better than expected.

Although, no one told me my child would be possessed by a demon when he woke up from anesthesia. Luckily, they had a t.v. in the recovery room and Sesame Street was on and we were able to get him calmed down.

But we had some trouble before we even got to the surgery center. I was backing out of the driveway, and Rich and I were discussing the directions. BAM!!! I hit a parked car. Rich was not happy...,Well until he remembered leaving the gas station two weeks ago with the pump still attached to the car. So we got out and wrote them a note. If this is what we do with one child, what lies ahead????

Happy Father's Day

I wanted to get this posted yesterday, but William was a little monster most of the day.

I wanted to thank my husband for being such a great father and husband. He is always there for us. I love that you get right in the mix with everything. I have put together a few pictures of you and William over the last 18 months. I love you very much.

The sermon yesterday was on Psalm 23, which is a great example of the heavenly Father who is always with us, there to comfort and protect us. Rich I see you following this example everyday with William and I know you will do the same with George. But we cannot forget about the two examples that you, and I, have had. We love you both.

Bitten!!!

Well I guess you could say that I finally got bitten by the blog bug. I have been fighting it for awhile and now that I am off for the summer and have some time I decided to get started. Not sure what will happen with frequency of post in the Fall or when George comes but will see. I thought this would keep me motivated to take pictures, which I have been horrible about, and then to upload them, which usually take me 3 months to upload to the computer or Rich does it.

So really quick. I picked up William from school the other day and they had this new toy. Well when I told him it was time to go and pulled him off of it you would have thought I would have killed his best friend. So like any good mother would do, who wants to spoil their child, I came straight home an ordered him one. Here is video of WPP and his new toy.
