Happy Easter

We had a big Easter Weekend. We did Easter baskets Saturday morning. At this point they don't know, and Sunday morning is crazy trying to get everyone feed breakfast and out the door. I asked Rich if he thought we could do that from now on. But we decided that they might wonder why their bunny comes Saturday and everyone else comes on Sunday.

"Great" and Big Man and the Mosses helped to make our Easter Baskets full and special. Brewer was apart of the mix.

Look at that spread!!!

George loved his bunny hat from "Great" and Big Man.

We then had an Easter Egg hunt at the Kenny's house. This is a sweet couple at our church. Their home is beautiful. It was just right out of a movie. They had someone dressed up as the Easter bunny, live bunnies, delicious food, egg hunts...I could go on and on.

George is not to sure about the bunny.

George

I cannot believe that George is already 7 months old. It is crazy how it flies by. Well some nights have crept by. He is sitting up and crawling (well, pulling himself around with his arms). He wants to play with everything that William is playing with so we are hearing a lot more of: No! Mine!

Horton Hears A Who!!

William's school celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday, back in March. They had dress as a book character day. William had really enjoyed watching the movie Horton Hears a Who! Very cute if you have not seen it. We had just recorded it when it came on tv one night. So I thought this will be easy to dress him up as. Grey clothes, elephant hat, and glue a white tiny ball on a pink flower that I already had. If you are not familiar with the story Horton, the elephant, hears a noise coming from a speck that lands on a clover. He then learns that the Who's live inside the speck and so on. The best line from the story is, " A person is a person no matter how small."

These were the best pictures we could do, well Smitty and Pop. Rich and I are at work. He did not want his picture taken. In the story Horton does not carry a teddy bear along with him, just the flower with the speck but our Horton insisted on having his teddy bear.

Easter Egg Extravaganza

Smitty and Pop are keeping William home on Tuesdays and Fridays now. So they are doing different activities with him. Smitty organized an Easter Egg Hunt, Pop helped William put up an Easter Egg tree in the back yard and they helped William dye Easter Eggs. William figured out that he could break all the eggs, so by the time I got home there were none left. But I think he had a fun time doing it.

We got in a little flying superman after my run!! I hope my porcelain white skin does not blind you.

Admiring their work!
Dying Easter Eggs

When I look at the picture I can just imagine what he is thinking. I picture it in a smart professor voice, "O Little Egg, you are just white right now, but I will make you beautiful."
