Mimi and Papi Visit

Mimi and Papi came to visit a few weekends ago and it could not have been more perfect. We took them to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and William ran Mimi all over showing her the trains.

William: Look at this one Mimi!

William: Come on Mimi, I will show you all around.

We found the perfect place for a picnic. There is a little bubbling brook right behind us. It really was the perfect day.


I don't know if we will ever get a picture where everyone is looking forward and smiling.



William and George had a race to see who could crawl in the grass the fastest!

Mimi brought all kinds of fun toys for the boys to play with.




We had lots of fun blowing bubbles.





William really enjoyed the bubbles. Who knew he had these moves?

We did manage to get a couple of sweet pictures before church!

All I heard Monday was , "Papi, Mimi, Papi, Mimi, etc......." William and George loved being with them!

William and Les Ride Thomas

Meredith and I took the boys to ride Thomas. I don't think we will do it again. The train went about 5 miles an hour by the homeless village. Then when you leave the train area you have to go through the gift story. Everything William saw he wanted. Not the ride we were expecting.

George's School Birthday Party

I cannot believe that our little guy is ONE!!! It just feels like yesterday he was this:


We had to change his birthday party because he got sick (those pictures later) but I did take some little cupcakes to his school on his actually birthday. He is wearing the same outfit that William wore for his birthday.

Not sure what this look means or why his collar is up.
